The 27-year-old defensive midfielder is a product of Far Eastern football. The player played for such clubs as SKA-Energia, Lokomotiv, Minsk, Anorthosis, SKA-Khabarovsk, Isloch, Rotor and Akron.
Together with the Tolyatti team last season, Makarov won the FNL bronze medal. The football player became a silver medalist and winner of the European Youth Championship as part of the Russian national team.
