During his career, Tedeev played more than 250 matches for Alania, in which he scored 82 goals. Bakhva Otarovich is the team record holder for the most goals in the Russian Championship (50).
Tedeev is a champion and twice silver medalist of the Russian Football Championship. He held the position of head coach of Alania three times.
